Description

The Customer Success team is dedicated to building a long-lasting and valuable relationship with the more than 30,000 retail lenders active on October. Our goal is to take care of the entire customer journey of the lenders, from sign-up to portfolio diversification, and to provide the necessary support.

Profile

- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English. A third language (Spanish, Italian or French) is a plus.
- You have affiliation with Customer Success/Account Management, Marketing and Communications or Business Development, preferably within finance or SaaS.
- You are well organised.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude and you love working with people!
- Proactive mindset and excellent time management skills.
- Graduated bachelor or in the process of graduating.
