Your road to success
Left or right, you will work closely with a team of international business developers and product managers. You will take ownership from day one and leave a mark on the projects you work on. You will help us enhance our product capabilities internally by designing and conducting trainings for our new products – from eMobility to subscription and data management together with the product managers. We challenge you to put your training ideas, project management skills and creative mindset into practice. You can do this as an HBO product management student with full focus on:

researching best practices on product trainings and methodologies to provide recommendations for trainings content and format
helping develop new training tools and content for the assign products and services
analyze and conduct trainings (hybrid on-and offline) with the product manager
facilitate internal educational and training communication around our products (e.g., release notes, stories)
It is not necessary to work in the office every day. We expect, after making yourself familiar with your colleagues and the tasks in the office, that you will mainly work from home. If necessary, there’s the option to work from our office in Almere. We will make sure you receive the right support and coaching by mail, telephone and by Microsoft Teams.

Profile

Become the best version of yourself. Very normal at Athlon, because all our colleagues run on a healthy dose of ambition. What do you take with you as HBO digital marketing student for at least 32 of hours per week? Absolutely your proactivity, creativity and quick grasp. You also have the drive to add you own twist. In addition, it is important that:

you are well versed in MS Powerpoint and Adobe InDesign
you are creative and know how to tell a compelling story
first experience in video editing are a plus
you are currently following an HBO education in the direction of Communication (Business Administration, Marketing).
you are looking for an internship for a period of 3-6 months (term is negotiable).
you have affinity with mobility solutions and are eager to deepen your knowledge on B2B marketing
you have a good command of the English language in speaking and writing, Dutch is a major advantage.
