Role: Working Student Business Development - The Nest by Webhelp

The Nest by Webhelp supports fast-growing companies such as Gorillas, air up, Ankorstore or Cowboy to scale-up their global CX and Sales teams, quickly and simply.
Launched in France in 2018 and recently extended to 9 new countries in Europe, The Nest by Webhelp offers a wide variety of services to boost startups‘ growth, all of which are customized to their
individual needs, including, but not limited to omnichannel customer engagement services, sales support, digital content management and payment & KYC services.

This program is part of the Webhelp Group, +100K employees in +200 locations, the leading global customer experience (CX) and business solutions provider.
Our goal for 2022 is to further establish The Nest by Webhelp as the go-to outsourcing partner for fast growing companies around the globe. To support our growth, we are now searching for a Business
Developer to boost new business in the DACH market and strengthen our footprint in the ecosystem.

Mission
You will be responsible for the development of The Nest program by:

• Doing research and pre-prospecting to develop our sales and win new clients in the Benelux
  region, working in partnership the Business Director and our international The Nest team
• Working directly with existing clients to help them grow by improving their CX or sales
  performance
• Building a wide network within the local startup ecosystem (from startups to venture capital
  funds), increasing our brand awareness and becoming a trusted partner of successful startups
  and scale-ups.

Profile

Profile & Skills
This role is for you if you’re able to develop a sales strategy and if you are not afraid of outbound communication. You’d also be able to empathize deeply with startups and scale-ups, understanding
their problems and how The Nest by Webhelp can solve them.

You should also bring the following:

• Entrepreneurial spirit!

And you should check at least 5/6 below:

• A passion for tech
• Strong interpersonal skills, willingness to learn
• High degree of autonomy, drive and energy
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Dutch and English
